CAL FIRE NEU is responding to a grass fire near Penn Valley drive. Unknown acreage at this time. No threat to structures reported.
Assisting agencies: Penn Valley Fire, Rough and Ready Fire Department.
8 engines, 2 crews, 1 dozer, 1 water tender, 2 airtankers and one helicopter on scene.
Incident contained at 2:25. Some damage to power lines and phone lines have been destroyed.
