Sugar Bowl Launches "Switch Board" Social Networking Website

Donner Summit, CA Jan. 5, 2009 – Sugar Bowl, the classic Tahoe ski resort atop Donner Summit, has launched a new social networking website, The Switch Board, offering ski and snowboard enthusiasts a place to gather online to share stories, photos and videos, as well as post events, author blogs, and even find rideshare buddies for carpooling to the mountain.

Members will enjoy exclusive offers and entertaining promotions throughout the season, including photo or video of the week contests complete with lift ticket giveaways for winners. The site is off to a strong start, with nearly 300 members posting daily on vast and varied subjects including terrain, conditions, equipment and travel.
