YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, Calif., January 7, 2009 - Outdoor winter enthusiasts seeking a magical winter vacation within their budgets need look no further than Yosemite National Park. Concessionaire DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite, Inc. has just announced a new Yosemite Winter All-Inclusive Package for the 2009 winter season. The Park's world-renowned scenery can now be enjoyed through a combination package including lodging, outdoor recreation and food services for a convenient and affordable family retreat.

A family of four can now visit the crown jewel of the national park system for three mid-week nights or two weekend nights, enjoy lodging and meals at Yosemite Lodge at the Falls, and participate in a wealth of recreation activities for one low price of $999.

On each day of their visit, participants may enjoy an all-day lift ticket at Yosemite's Badger Pass Ski Area, an all-day rental (choose from skis, snowboard, or XC skis), a group lesson, tubing session, ice skating session and skate rental at the Curry Village Outdoor Ice Rink, and a two-hour, narrated Valley Floor Tour in a luxury motor coach.

The program also includes "3 Square Meals a Day," which consists of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Yosemite Lodge at the Falls Food Court, or at the Badger Pass Grill. Guest's dinner vouchers may also be used for $20 off a meal at the Mountain Room Restaurant ($10 for children's vouchers), The Ahwahnee Dining Room or Wawona Dining Room.

Advance purchases of the Yosemite Winter All-Inclusive Package may be obtained by calling 801-559-4949, or by visiting www.badgerpass.com. For 24-hour ski conditions, call 209-372-1000. For road and weather information, call 209-372-0200.

Founded in 1935, Yosemite's Badger Pass Ski Area enjoys the distinction of being California's first ski resort. Badger Pass is the gateway to some of the most beautiful vistas in the High Sierra, offering five convenient lifts and spacious groomed runs for downhill skiers and snowboarders, in addition to snowshoeing, snow tubing and cross-country ski trails.

The Yosemite Ski School was established in 1928 and has trained generations of first-time skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers. Private and group lessons are available daily, with specialized instruction for kids (four to six years old) participating in the Badger Pups program. Babysitting is also available for potty-trained children ages three to nine.

Badger Pass Ski Area is operated by DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite (DNC), an affiliate of Delaware North Companies and the authorized National Park Service concessionaire responsible for lodging, dining, guest recreation and transportation in Yosemite.
