Special Report: Golden Gamble in Grass Valley

In February 2005 Emgold Mining Corporation, a junior mining company from Canada, submitted its application to the City of Grass Valley, Calif., to reopen the Idaho-Maryland Mine, which closed in 1956. Should the mine open, it will reach full production in 2017 and close around 2027.

Interested parties can access a complete database of downloadable maps, reports, plates, photographs, technical studies, and all public documentation on Emgold's application to reopen the mine. New EIR documents will be added as they become available.
